Allpoints Surveying is pleased to announce the addition of Jay Canine, RPLS to our Houston Team. Jay has over 35 years of professional land surveying experience leading the operations of multi-discipline professionals, licensed land surveyors, project managers, field and office technical staff for a variety of private land development, construction and public sector clients. Jay is a past RPLS Board Member of the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying (TBPLS) appointed by Governor Abbott and a Commissioner on the City of Sugar Land Planning and Zoning Commission for the last seven (7) years.
